Templates

Templates:

In the Templates section there are two sub-menu’s: My Templates and Premade Templates.

My Templates stores all the templates you use for your individual practice. You can integrate templates from the Premade Template Store or you can build them yourself by pressing the create button.

You can publish your templates to the Premade Templates from the info tab inside the template builder.

Build your own template by opening the template builder. 

If you publish your form it appears in thePremade Template Store so that your team can integrate it into their profiles.

Pre-Made Templates: 

In the Pre-Made Template area is where all the published templates are stored. You can use the search bars at the top to sort and search for specific templates. 

Click on a template to view it. You can then click on the Integrate if you would like to use the template for your charts. 

Template Builder:

Build your own forms with the Template Builder! Click on all the elements to see what they are.  The ‘x’ removes elements you do not want. You can click and drag elements to re-order them. On the right side you can add the details of your forms. Even hints for how to use your more advanced assessments.  

Click on the preview tab to see what your form looks like on Guardian EMR. You can also press the Print to PDF to see how your form will look in this format.
