Admin User

The original user who signed up with GCMis your company’s main Admin User.  They will have access to the app in its entirety.  They are considered the “Account Holder” and will be responsible for starting off work with GCM.

When creating other admin users be aware that they will also have full access to Clinic Manager.  This means that the privilege of being an admin should be reserved for those users who you want to be able to see all the data.  This includes:

-          Users personal profiles

-          All the private tasks that have been created

While it may seem easier to create users as admins when you want them to have access to certain features (such as adding users, or creating assets, etc.) but it is better practice to give them permission to do those tasks rather than making them admins.

Permissions are the way that the application filters content to specific users, we will cover permissions later in this guide.
