Documents

Documents refers to the cloud storage of your companies’ documents.  This allows you to store your companies’ documents in the cloud, filter who can see them, and then give them expiry dates to keep them updated.  Just like files on your computer Documents are organized by files and folders.

Folders

Each folder you add allows you better control over the organization of your documents.  This is just like organizing files on your computer.  To add folders, simply click create folder.

Folder Permissions

Folders are how you can control who can see what files.  All the actual files within a folder inherit the permissions of the folder that they are found within. 

Documents

Within each folder you can add specific documents.  By clicking Add Documents and then dragging in the files that you want to add you can add as many at one time as you like.

Document Expiry Dates

Enter in the expiry date for a document and the Document Manager will receive a notification when the document is about to expire

Document Formats

Currently the formats that work with GCM are:

-          Pdf

-          Jpg

-          Png

We are adding Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to our next version, if there are other formats that you require please reach out to us and we will see if we can add them.

User Documents

User Documents are personal folders created for each user within your clinic.  These are only visible to the users that you give the permission to and the user themselves.  This is a great place for a specific user to add documents that they need to view or have on them.  It is also a great place for a clinic to put documents that are only for a specific user.
